Joyson Electronics: Embodied solid-liquid hybrid battery near mass production, using automotive supply chain capabilities to open overseas markets
The solid-liquid hybrid battery of Joyson Electronics' subsidiary Junnen New Energy has reached mass production standards, with an energy density of 300 to 600Wh/kg, adopting a sulfide solid electrolyte route, and relying on Joyson Electronics' 25 global R&D centers and 60 production bases to accelerate overseas expansion. The battery is based on automotive-grade BMS, with state-of-charge estimation accuracy of 1% to 3%, 2 to 3 times higher than traditional equipment, and can issue thermal runaway warnings 30 minutes to 2 hours in advance. Junnen New Energy is working with leading customers and research institutions to promote the formulation of group standards for embodied intelligent agent batteries.
