Sina Tech News, November 4 midday: NetEase Zhioi released three upgrades to its enterprise-level AI Agent platform "King Crab" at the Zhejiang Sub-forum of the 2026 World Internet Conference, debuted its first hardware product, a smart badge, and launched two new capabilities: the knowledge engine "Wandian" and Agent Team.

Among them, the smart badge connects offline business information such as customer visits and on-site services to the AI system; "Wandian" connects multi-source information such as documents, emails, work orders, CRM, and on-site communications, and combines the logical and temporal relationships among the information to provide a basis for the Agent's judgment and execution;

Agent Team, meanwhile, advances complex cross-role and cross-step tasks collaboratively through the division of labor, discussion, and verification among multiple specialized Agents. The three upgrades further link on-site information, enterprise knowledge, and task execution, driving AI from information acquisition and knowledge Q&A into more complete business processes.
