Recently, at the roadshow of the Second Comprehensive Transportation Large Model Agent Innovation Application Competition, Zhongcheng Jiao (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. The Zhishu platform integrates the transportation knowledge base, Tongda transportation large model, professional toolset and customized business processes into a single system. Version 1.0 of the platform has launched 12 agent applications, covering eight key business scenarios including comprehensive office work, transportation supervision, facility management and maintenance, engineering construction, and safety and emergency response. Users only need to issue tasks in natural language and upload their organization's own materials to view results, make modifications, review and collaborate with their team within the project space.

To achieve end-to-end implementation of business applications, the Zhishu platform also supports northbound and southbound open interface integration, deeply embedding models and agents into various business systems.

The Zhishu platform offers solutions such as private deployment and all-in-one machine delivery, paired with a local knowledge base subsystem, to ensure that the business data of government and enterprise customers does not leave their domain. The comprehensive office agent can complete high-frequency tasks such as drafting official documents, organizing meeting minutes, consulting on regulations, and assigning tasks. For 12328 and 12345 hotline and petition scenarios, the agent assists with work order assignment and handling analysis, improving the efficiency of the hotline's full-process handling.

In facility operation scenarios such as highways, tunnels and bridges, the system can identify more than 20 types of facility anomaly events, issue timely alerts and automatically generate emergency control plans. The engineering management agent focuses on plan review, hazard inspection, and contract and labor compliance review, embedding risk control throughout the entire project construction process.

The intelligent transformation of the industry requires not only powerful models, but also implementation paths that adapt to business processes and accumulate industry experience.
