Nvidia invests $3 billion in Meta, AI circular deals extend to the Magnificent Seven

On October 27 US time, Nvidia announced it would invest $3 billion (about 20 billion yuan) to subscribe to newly issued Meta shares; Meta announced it would expand deployment of Nvidia's Vera Rubin computing platform, Vera CPU and Spectrum-X network equipment, and cooperate with Nvidia on workflow optimization and agent security frameworks. This is another circular deal led by chipmakers such as Nvidia, and the cooperation with Meta is the first time Nvidia has extended this deal model to other "Magnificent Seven" companies besides Nvidia itself.
