Data Readiness Assessment for Enterprise Agent Scenarios: Four Questions and Four Answers

Before deploying an enterprise agent, four questions can be used to judge a scenario's data readiness: can the required fields be listed; which system each field resides in and whether the definitions conflict; whether historical data covers enough months; and whether the data source can be sustained and has a data contract. The article provides a scoring model: 80 points or above means the project can be initiated directly, 50-79 points means data must be supplemented first, and below 50 points means the scenario is not viable. Data readiness must be confirmed jointly by the business side and IT; asking only one side yields an incomplete answer.
