Alibaba Cloud 2026 Double 11 Existing Customer Special Offers Overview: Same-Price Renewal, Renewal Discounts, and Spend-Based Rebates Explained

For Double 11 2026, Alibaba Cloud has set up a dedicated event zone for existing customers. The ECS 99 yuan e-instance and 199 yuan u1 instance can be renewed at the same price; the event runs until March 31, 2029, with same-price renewal once per year, locked in for up to 2030. Existing instances can be renewed for 1 year at 30% off, for 2 years at as low as 40% off, and for 3 consecutive years at about 50% off. ECS general-purpose u1, economy e-instances, and Simple Application Server are all eligible. Existing customers can also claim vouchers, spend-based rebates, and Savings Plan discounts, but must first sign up on the event page, and popular GPU instances and large-model Token packages are available in limited quantities.
