The author agrees with Grok Bot's "AI employee" mental model

AI summary

In response to Elon Musk on how to use Grok @Bot, the author says that treating each bot as an employee with specific responsibilities who can be gradually trained is the easiest mental model to understand. By contrast, Dots puts everything into a single thread, which easily gets messy; Muse/Duet's side channels and chats are helpful, but their degree of personalization is not as good as that of AI bot employees.

Body

This is what I like about Grok @Bot's mental model vs the alternatives.

It's really easy to wrap my head around each bot being an employee with a specific job that I can onboard and make better over time.

Meanwhile:

1. Dots: Everything happens in a single thread and gets really confusing

2. Muse/Duet: Side channels and chats help here but don't feel as personalized as an AI bot employee
