The intelligent assistant selected the booths and locations of 16 companies, including IKEA, OSIM, and IQAir in the Consumer Goods exhibition area, as well as UniX AI, Youlu Robot, and Partner Robot in the Innovation Incubation Zone, planning a stay of about 15 minutes at each, and clicking on a booth allows direct navigation. It also reserved 60 minutes at 12 noon for dining at Pizza Hut. What if you need to move between different booths but have no sense of direction and do not know how to find them? That is no problem. "Suishenxing" launches travel assistant "Xiao Jiao." In terms of transportation, the agent "Xiao Jiao" has also taken up its post in advance. Just a few days ago, Shanghai's MaaS platform "Suishenxing" launched the "2026 CIIE Transportation Travel Service Zone," integrating full-scenario travel information such as rail transit, bus shuttle lines, hotel shuttles, and parking, and introducing the intelligent travel assistant "Xiao Jiao" for the first time. Exhibitors and visitors no longer need to search item by item across multiple function pages. They only need to enter travel needs or keywords in the dialog box, and the system will pop up the corresponding function card. Clicking it directly jumps to the query page, completing the entire process from hotel to navigation within the exhibition hall in one step. At the same time, the zone supports switching between Chinese and English, so overseas exhibitors and visitors can use it directly. Parking reservations are a commonly used function for exhibitors and visitors who drive themselves. All parking lots (garages) available around the CIIE have been included in the reservation system. All reservable parking lots support same-day reservations, and parking can be reserved one hour in advance. When exhibitors and visitors enter "query reservation order" or "my parking reservation" in the dialog box, the system displays information such as the reserved parking lot, date and time period, and license plate number. If they consult about driving routes before departure, they can navigate to the reserved parking lot with one click. After arrival, if they ask how to get from the parking lot to the exhibition hall, the system pushes traffic point guidance and attaches a guide video for walking into the venue. The connection between vehicle parking and walking into the venue is explained clearly by the system all at once. "Food Safety Smart Eye Agent" safeguards food safety. Last year, the "Food Safety AI Doctor" agent independently developed by the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau had already been embedded in the market supervision comprehensive command platform and appeared at the CIIE. This year, the "Food Safety AI Doctor" agent will be upgraded to the "Food Safety Smart Eye Agent," providing full-process intelligent support for the CIIE. The reporter learned that compared with last year, the "Food Safety Smart Eye Agent" has added multiple new functions such as one shot to find problems, one shot to promote rectification, one shot to make evaluations, and one shot to keep records. As an AI auxiliary tool for supervision and enterprise self-inspection, the system can effectively make up for the limitations of manual inspections and significantly improve the detection rate of food safety problems. After identifying risks and hidden dangers, the system can also output specific rectification suggestions, providing clear guidance for on-site handling by supervisors and self-inspection and self-correction by enterprises. At the same time, communications support for the CIIE this year has also introduced an AI agent based on multi-agent orchestration, which can monitor the operation of the venue's network and equipment in real time. Once a fault occurs, it will also promptly analyze it and provide solutions. Dai Gaojie, head of mobile network support for Shanghai Telecom at the CIIE, said that the Consumer Goods exhibition area and the Agricultural and Food Products exhibition area often see crowds gathering. In the past, staff could only be sent for on-site inspections, while back-office personnel simultaneously adjusted network resources, and it took at least 30 minutes to solve the problem. With the AI agent, adjustments can now be made in real time.
