Jiaxing Launches AI "Jia" Carnival on Sidelines of Wuzhen Summit; Core AI Industry Revenue Reaches 71 Billion Yuan in First Three Quarters

From November 2 to 5, the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, themed "Open Source and Openness, Co-building and Sharing—Joining Hands to Build a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace," was held in Wuzhen, Zhejiang. At this year's summit, Jiaxing innovatively launched two special events—the "AI 'Jia' Carnival" and the "Digital Yangtze River Delta Development Conference"—to showcase the latest achievements in digital civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta, promote the all-round empowerment of AI across all industries, and accelerate the building of a new AI highland.

At the "Jia" Carnival, See "A Day in the Future"

Inside Hall B of the Wuzhen Internet International Convention and Exhibition Center, a 1,500-square-meter super experience park, with "A Day in the Future" as its main thread, links five major scenarios—smart home, intelligent office, future city, Jiaxing intelligent manufacturing, and digital-smart leisure—allowing visitors to immersively experience "24 Hours in Jiaxing."

In the digital-smart leisure scenario, Chef Ai robot demonstrated its cooking skills on site; in the intelligent office scenario, domestic mainstream AI office agents such as Baidu Dazi and Tencent WorkBuddy showcased side by side; in the future city scenario, world-leading exhibits such as AgiBot Expedition A3 Ultra from the World Artificial Intelligence Conference attracted a large number of visitors. In the exhibition hall, 49 local Jiaxing enterprises made a concentrated appearance, highlighting Jiaxing's strength in the field of embodied intelligence.

Outside the exhibition hall, the streets and alleys of the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area were equally full of a sense of technology. SenseTime's "Shaomai Go" fully autonomous robot shop was highly popular, DEEP Robotics' robot dogs raced through the ancient town, and Unitree Technology's humanoid robots danced together with Hanfu NPCs (non-player characters). Visitors could not only watch but also interact and consume, exchanging collected stamps for "Jiaxing Intelligent Manufacturing" souvenirs, making this tech journey full of fun.

Wuzhen Dialogue Sparks New Momentum for Regional Synergy

The AI "Jia" Carnival is a technology feast shared by all, while the Digital Yangtze River Delta Development Conference is a gathering for the collision of ideas.

As a core supporting event of the World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, the 2026 Digital Yangtze River Delta Development Conference will be held on November 4. Closely following the requirements of the central-local joint construction of the Shanghai (Yangtze River Delta) International Science and Technology Innovation Center, the conference will bring together more than 300 guests from government, industry, academia, and research to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as AI empowering industry and mutual learning and co-building of digital-smart cities.

The conference will release the "Digital Yangtze River Delta Development Report (2026)" and showcase 12 pioneering practices of "AI+" high-value application scenarios from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui. The conference will also pioneer a "1V5 pain-point questioning" dialogue, inviting representatives from five leading embodied intelligence enterprises to exchange views on the same stage. Cooperation cities of the Yangtze River Delta "Wuzhen Dialogue" on co-building digital civilization will jointly launch an initiative for co-building and sharing of scenarios, promoting "innovation in one place, reuse in many places." With the conference as a medium, Jiaxing is accelerating the transformation of the Wuzhen Summit's world-class platform energy into strong momentum for regional digital development.

Intelligence as the Foundation, Industrial Ecosystem Accumulates Strength

Behind the many high-level events is Jiaxing's deeply accumulated AI industrial ecosystem. Jiaxing has seized opportunities and adhered to the dual-driven approach of "intelligent industrialization and industrial intelligence," delivering an impressive report card. In the first three quarters of this year, the city's core AI industry revenue reached 71 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26%, and computing power data service revenue increased by 55% year on year.

Computing power is the foundation of artificial intelligence. At present, Jiaxing has put 118 EFLOPS of computing power into operation (100 quintillion floating-point operations per second), accounting for more than 60% of the province's computing power scale; the total scale of computing power under construction is 197 EFLOPS, and it is expected that after full completion, its intelligent computing capacity will reach a nationally leading level. Among them, Jiashan County is part of the Yangtze River Delta national hub node of the national integrated computing network, the "Light of Wuzhen" Supercomputing Center is the 14th national supercomputing center in the country and the only one in Zhejiang Province, and Pinghu City has built the largest single high-performance computing center in the Yangtze River Delta region. Jiaxing City was selected for the 2026 metropolitan "millisecond computing" special action, and the national computing interconnection regional node is accelerating its implementation.

On the industrial side, Jiaxing is accelerating the construction of a "4+6" AI terminal industrial system. Nanhu District has built the country's first flexible electronics embodied intelligence training center. The Hangzhou-Tongxiang-Deqing consortium was selected for the list of pilot cities for the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" application of intelligent connected vehicles. Jiaxing Economic and Technological Development Zone is focusing on the AIGC (AI-generated content) audiovisual track, relying on Jiaxing Jiuzhou Culture to build the Jiaxing AIGC Industrial Park, and using the "super individual" model to build a "creation-transformation" closed loop, providing a replicable incubation sample for the Yangtze River Delta.

Since the first session in 2014, the Wuzhen Summit has gone through 13 years. Jiaxing will take the Wuzhen Summit as an opportunity to continuously amplify the effect of Wuzhen as the permanent venue of the conference, deepen collaborative linkage with key regions of the Yangtze River Delta, accelerate the building of an important central city in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, and inject surging momentum into cultivating new quality productive forces in artificial intelligence and promoting high-quality development.
