Musk says robot RAM demand will exceed everything else on Earth
Rohan Paul, citing Musk, said that robot RAM demand will exceed all other demand on Earth, because robots need to take physical form in order to shape atoms. He further pointed out that humanoid robots purchase memory on a per-unit basis, so the memory consumed annually by one planned Tesla factory could be equivalent to the usage of millions of top-tier data center GPUs.
