Wang Ruomeng, Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation and High-Tech Development at the National Development and Reform Commission, said that monitoring and early warning of the risk of AI-driven job displacement will be strengthened, the social security system will be better aligned with changes in employment structure and ways of working, and bottom-line and inclusive social security will be ensured. In response to issues such as algorithmic discrimination, deepfakes, and privacy leaks, technological means will be used to enhance the ability to trace abusive and malicious uses, with priority given to protecting special groups such as the elderly and minors. More than 56,000 smart factories have already emerged in the industrial sector, and during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the "AI+" initiative will be deepened and expanded.
