Alibaba Cloud offers three price tiers for 2026: Lightweight Application Server at 38 yuan/year, ECS Cloud Server at 99 yuan/year, and GPU Server T4 annual package at about 16,141.8 yuan. For ECS, the 99 yuan e-instance and the 199 yuan u1-instance have the same price for new purchases and renewals; the promotion runs until March 31, 2029, and you can renew once per year at the same price. Lightweight Application Servers do not support upgrading or downgrading configurations; to scale up, you need to migrate to ECS.
