Anthropic reports that over a 12-month period, about 250 customers spent more than $10 million on Claude. Every company in the Fortune 10 pays Anthropic more than $100,000 per year, and more than 50% of the Fortune 500 and more than 30% of the Global 2000 also reach this level. In 2025, customers paying more than $100,000 annually contributed 76% of Anthropic's revenue, compared with 90% in 2023.
