ManageEngine has launched more than 30 AI agents for the Chinese market, powered by its self-developed Zia large model, with no additional token costs, and plans to expand to over 100 by the end of 2026. These agents are embedded across five major domains, including full-stack observability and unified service management, and can reduce MTTR by 40%-60% and autonomously handle 40%-60% of frontline service desk tickets. The products support KingbaseES databases and Kylin and openEuler operating systems, are compatible with mainstream models such as DeepSeek, and will make their official debut at the Shenzhen User Conference on October 28.
