proc: A semantic CLI tool for managing processes by port, PID, name, or path

proc is a semantic process management CLI tool for macOS, Linux, and Windows that can locate processes by port, PID, name, or path—for example, proc kill :3000 directly terminates the process occupying port 3000. It offers 19 commands, supports --json output, --dry-run previews, and fixed exit codes, and comes with skills for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Gemini CLI. The current version is 1.14.5 and can be installed via brew, npm, cargo, Scoop, Nix, and Docker.
