IT Home, October 31 news: The tech media outlet tikr published a blog post yesterday (October 30), reporting that Grok Bot, the AI assistant of SpaceXSI, owned by the world's richest man Elon Musk, has entered a strong growth cycle, growing for 16 consecutive days, with daily active users increasing more than 6-fold in less than two months.

According to third-party data such as Similarweb and market reports, Grok Bot's daily active users have increased for 16 consecutive days, setting the longest consecutive growth record since the product was launched.

Data shows that Grok Bot's daily active users were still fewer than 100,000 in early September, and by October 26 had exceeded 600,000. Calculated based on a daily active user scale of about 155,000 on September 20, its user count nearly tripled in less than a month; extended to less than two months after launch, the overall increase exceeded 6-fold.

Grok Bot launched in beta form on August 11, 2026, positioned as an AI agent capable of executing tasks rather than a mere chatbot. Its features include interactive shopping cards, subscription templates, and a workspace that can preserve project context over the long term, seeking to cover personal productivity and enterprise office scenarios.

It is worth noting that Grok Bot does not offer a free version. Musk previously stated publicly that Grok Bot's growth rate is "faster than any product he has seen," and emphasized that it has no free tier; apart from trial users, all users must pay.

Starting October 12, new users can obtain the service through an X subscription, with the Premium version starting at $30 per month (IT Home note: current exchange rate approximately 200.1 yuan), the Super version at $100 per month (current exchange rate approximately 667 yuan), and the Ultimate version at $200 per month (current exchange rate approximately 1,334 yuan).

Enterprise-side data also shows expansion momentum. SpaceX President and Chief Operating Officer Gwynne Shotwell said that as of early October, Grok Bot's paid weekly active users had reached 800,000, more than double the previous month; enterprises are using it in areas such as sales, marketing, IT, and engineering.
