On October 23, the 2026 AI+ Financial Infrastructure Frontier Innovation Dialogue was held in Pudong, and the Financial Xinchuang Ecosystem Co-construction Initiative was officially released, advocating strengthening the technological foundation through industrial collaboration and building development momentum through talent cultivation. Relevant industry chain enterprises have joined forces with more than 30 Xinchuang companies including Hygon Information, UnionTech Software, Inspur Information, Phytium, Kylin Software, and Kunpeng to achieve full-chain adaptation from chips and operating systems to servers and basic software, and have carried out industry-university-research cooperation with more than 20 universities including Peking University, Zhejiang University, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
