Qiu Dongrong's Comeback Roadshow: Doubts About Capital Returns on AI Investments, Not the Same Thing He Discussed With Jensen Huang

Nearly two years after leaving Zhonggeng Fund, Qiu Dongrong spoke out systematically for the first time, stating bluntly that businesses like AI require enormous capital investment, have business models that are not yet clear, and are already highly valued yet still raising funds. "If you're conservative, don't invest in it; if you're aggressive, just look for opportunities to short it." He believes this is not the same issue Jensen Huang discussed: Jensen Huang answers questions about computing power demand, while Qiu Dongrong answers whether shareholders can obtain sufficient capital returns after massive investment. He also called low-valuation assets "just landmines," said he is more optimistic about Pinduoduo, which has not invested in AI on a large scale, and regarded USD-priced Chinese assets as the only global "value depression."
