Google Arts & Culture app gets 15th anniversary update, adding AI conversational search and experimental features
On its 15th anniversary, the Google Arts & Culture app is rolling out a redesigned version whose centerpiece is a brand-new conversational search that lets users ask questions in natural language and receive answers accompanied by images and curated stories. The new homepage is consolidated into a single feed and adds two AI experiments: Chrono Look, for virtually trying on historical clothing, and Dial-an-Artist, which simulates conversations with historical artists. City Guide adds 27 global destinations. The app is rolling out worldwide on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
