X launches X Subscription bundling Cursor, Grok, and X Premium; third-party models cost extra

SpaceXAI announced the launch of The X Subscription, bundling Cursor, Grok, Grok Bot, and X Premium into a single subscription with five tiers, from free to $200 per month, with the lowest paid tier at $8. Under the new plan, third-party models are no longer included in the subscription fee and are billed at each provider's standard API rates from the first request, paid via prepaid credits, including on the $100 and $200 tiers. Matt Palmer, in a developer experience role at SpaceXAI, said that if most usage is concentrated on third-party models, the new plan may be more expensive, and recommended checking usage before switching.

Anthropic Launches Dynamic Workflows, Letting Claude Orchestrate Multi-Agent Systems on Its Own

At AI Engineer New York, Anthropic introduced a new feature called dynamic workflows (flows), defined as a multi-agent orchestration approach for high-load tasks: a lead agent draws up a plan and writes the orchestration program, launches sub-agents, collects results, and manages the flow of information, so developers no longer need to configure the coordinator and sub-agent roster themselves. The feature lives in Claude Console, and developers can still pass in preconfigured specialized sub-agents in the agent configuration. The speaker said flows cost far more than single-agent approaches but are better at finding all the details, and that developers can set a session budget, though the model does not know its budget while running.
