Meta周二将股票发行融资规模上调至975亿美元，创下公司历史上规模最大的一次融资计划。此前，Meta宣布计划分批发行股票，融资规模最高可达950亿美元，以支持其在AI基础设施领域的大规模投资。
据悉，Meta最初计划发行约350亿美元证券，其中包括225亿美元的A类普通股和125亿美元的存托股份，后者代表强制可转换优先股。随后，公司将普通股发行规模上调至250亿美元。此前公布的发行价格为A类普通股每股625美元、存托股份每股50美元。
Meta持续扩大融资规模，反映出其加快AI基础设施投资的决心。AI模型训练、推理及智能体应用不断发展，科技企业不仅需要投入更多算力，也需要提高基础设施的运行效率，控制日益增长的成本。
