Alibaba Cloud announced an upgrade to its Memory service, enhancing memory capabilities for user preferences, plans, and historical agreements in Personal Agent scenarios, and providing integration methods such as MCP and CLI. Memory extracts key information from conversations, saves it as memories and user profiles according to rules, and in subsequent sessions retrieves it based on user identity and the current question and adds it to the task context. In the HaluMem-medium comparison, Memory achieved the highest scores in all four metrics: recall, accuracy, and F1 for memory extraction, and the C metric for memory question answering; in the PersonaMem-v2 evaluation, it achieved an overall score of 56.82, ranking first among the 8 systems listed and highest in 7 of the 9 task dimensions. Developers can use the API to write, view, and semantically retrieve memories, and can also integrate with agent tools and frameworks such as Codex, DeepSeek Harness, Claude Code, and OpenClaw via MCP and CLI.

IT之家 11 月 2 日消息，阿里云今日宣布，近日，阿里云 Memory 服务升级：面向 Personal Agent 场景，增强对用户偏好、计划和历史约定的记忆能力，并提供 MCP、CLI 等接入方式。
IT之家获悉，Memory 从对话中提取关键信息，按规则保存为记忆与用户画像。在后续会话中，Agent 根据用户身份和当前问题检索相关记忆，将其加入任务上下文，用于生成回应。新的有效信息可继续写入记忆，帮助 Agent 持续跟进用户需求，减少重复询问。
在近期 HaluMem-medium 对比结果中，Memory 在记忆提取的召回率、准确率、F1，以及记忆问答 C 指标四项上均取得最高分；在 PersonaMem-v2 评测中，Memory 以 56.82 的总体得分位列所列 8 个系统第一，并在 9 个任务维度中的 7 项取得最高分。
以理财咨询场景为例，当用户表示“偏稳健、半年内可能用钱、不希望有太大波动”时，Memory 可将风险偏好、资金使用期限和流动性需求保存为用户画像。在之后的新会话中，Agent 可调用相关画像，结合产品资料与业务规则开展比较和风险提醒。当用户的目标或偏好发生变化时，Agent 可先确认，再更新记忆。其中，Memory 负责信息保存与召回，产品比较和风险提醒由 Agent 完成。
开发者可以自定义记忆规则与画像字段，明确需要保存的信息，并在控制台查看记忆内容、调试检索效果、追踪变更，让长期记忆可管理、可追踪。
在接入方面，开发者可通过 API 完成记忆写入、查看和语义检索，也可通过 MCP、CLI，将记忆能力接入 Codex、DeepSeek Harness、Claude Code、OpenClaw 等 Agent 工具与框架，融入已有工作流。
