快科技11月8日消息，AI算力发展越来越快，背后的用电需求也在不断增长。
在11月6日国家发展改革委举行的新闻发布会上，国家能源局发展规划司副司长葛炬介绍，“十五五”时期，随着算力等新兴产业快速发展，我国用电需求还将持续增长。
预计未来几年，我国每年新增用电量将达到6000亿度左右，相当于每年新增3个上海市的用电量。
那么，未来用电量增长这么快，会不会出现电力不够用的情况？
对此，国家能源局提出，到2030年，我国电力供应充裕度要大于1.1。就是在全国用电负荷最高的时候，电力系统仍然要保留10%以上的供应能力余量。
为了实现这一目标，我国将从发电、电网、用电和储能等多个方面着手。
发电方面，传统煤电仍将承担重要的保障作用，同时推进煤电机组升级改造，并根据实际需求发展气电、水电和核电。
风电、光伏等新能源也将承担更多供电任务。按照规划，到2030年，在夏季和冬季晚间用电高峰等关键时段，风电、光伏贡献的发电量占比要达到20%以上，比目前提高约10个百分点。
电网方面，将继续加强西电东送能力，让不同省份之间能够更方便地调配电力。预计到2030年，省际电力互补互济能力将提升4000万千瓦。
除了增加发电能力，未来电动汽车也将成为电力调节的重要一环。例如，在用电低谷时给汽车充电，在用电高峰时通过车网互动，让符合条件的车辆向电网反向送电。
空调、充电桩等设备也可以通过智能调节，帮助电网缓解高峰压力。
国家能源局提出，到2030年，虚拟电厂调节能力要达到5000万千瓦以上。
储能方面，未来还将建设更多大型储能设施，相当于给电力系统准备更大的“充电宝”。
到2030年，我国抽水蓄能装机规模计划达到1.6亿千瓦左右，新型储能装机规模达到3亿千瓦。
