First Shanghai "AI + Consumption" Innovation Competition Awards: Qwen AI Glasses and Yuanjian AI Ocular Surface Analyzer Win First Prize

When glasses can not only "see" but also "understand," and when a single instrument scanning the eye can predict health risks, the boundaries of consumption are being redrawn. On the morning of October 25, the award ceremony of the first Shanghai "AI + Consumption" Innovation Competition was held at the West Bund International Technology Consumer Carnival (WTCC). The competition was co-hosted by the Shanghai Federation of Modern Service Industries and Shanghai West Bund Development (Group) Co., Ltd. It lasted several months and attracted more than 800 quality projects to register. The competition featured three professional "AI New Consumption" tracks and one special "AI New Power" track. The professional "AI New Consumption" tracks centered on new products, new scenarios, and new models, covering fields such as smart terminals, smart wearables, home life, culture, tourism and education, brand marketing, and the globalization of consumer enterprises, with each divided into an application group and a maker group, so as to discover mature achievements and cultivate early-stage projects. The special "AI New Power" track was open to young people aged 6 to 18, soliciting works in directions such as AIGC (artificial intelligence-generated content), AI + programming, and AI + green consumption, planting seeds for future makers. According to statistics, the three professional tracks received about 450 valid registrations, and the one special track (the youth track) received about 350. At the ceremony, the "AI New Power" · WTCC YOUNG awards and the "AI New Consumption" Innovation Practice Award, Innovation Nomination Award, Excellence Award, Third Prize, Second Prize, and First Prize were presented in turn. The "Qianwen AI Glasses" launched by Shanghai Qianwen Zhilian Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. and the "Yuanjian AI Ocular Surface Analyzer" launched by Beijing Yuanjian Zesheng Health Technology Co., Ltd. won the first prize. In May this year, the Xuhui District People's Government and the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce jointly issued the Several Measures on Promoting the Construction of the Shanghai International Technology Consumption Functional Zone in Xuhui District (hereinafter referred to as the Measures). Based on Xuhui's scientific and technological innovation advantages in building a national artificial intelligence highland, the functional zone launched 10 measures in four major directions: building a pilot field for the integration of technology and consumption, creating a cluster of technology consumption enterprises, cultivating application scenarios for technology-empowered consumption, and building an innovation ecosystem for technology consumption, aiming to create a technology consumption destination with international influence. At the award ceremony, the construction of the Shanghai International Technology Consumption Functional Zone and the "AI + Consumption" competition-exhibition linkage were also launched, and the "AI + Consumption" Competition-Exhibition Linkage Co-building Partner Program was released.
