10月15日上午，DeepSeek出现服务异常。网页端及App无法正常使用，向对话框发送消息后，页面提示“服务器暂时不可用”。此次故障持续时长近近5小时。
10月12日，其网页服务曾出现部分中断，网页及API服务也出现过性能下降。9月，官方记录了多次服务异常，其中9月14日的一次网页/API部分中断持续约3小时。更早之前，DeepSeek也曾发生持续时间较长的服务中断。
