Diogo Almeida agrees with TypeSafe's take on improving model capabilities
Diogo Almeida reposted and agreed with Ted Kalaw's view. Ted Kalaw drew an analogy from his own experience of moving from frontend work to model capabilities work at TypeSafe: a frontend engineer's job is not just to write JavaScript/CSS, but to improve the user experience; likewise, models are their interface, and many of the same principles apply. The original post also mentions that they are hiring frontend/full-stack engineers.
