ChatGPT Launches Multi-Account Switching: Up to Two Accounts Logged In Simultaneously on Web, iOS, and Android

OpenAI has rolled out the ChatGPT account switching feature on web, iOS, and Android, with plans to launch it on desktop soon. Users can log in to up to two accounts at the same time and switch quickly via the account menu or "Settings — Switch Account" without needing to log out, but only one account is active at any given time. After switching, chat history, memory, files, and settings change with the account; accounts do not share conversation history, nor do they merge billing, subscriptions, or workspaces.

IT之家 10 月 31 日消息，OpenAI 核心产品与平台负责人蒂博 · 索蒂奥（Thibault Sottiaux）今天（10 月 31 日）在 X 平台发布推文，宣布已在网页端、iOS 和安卓端推出 ChatGPT 账号切换功能，并计划很快上线桌面端。
索蒂奥同时预告称，接下来的两天都会有重置卡。
IT之家援引 OpenAI 官方更新日志，用户最多可同时登录两个账号，并在不退出登录的情况下快速切换，不过同一时间内，仍只有一个账号可以处于活跃状态。
对同时使用个人账号和公司账号的用户而言，这一更新解决了长期以来的登录切换痛点。用户过去若想切换个人智能体与工作智能体账号，往往需要反复退出、重新登录；现在只需在账户菜单或“设置 — 切换账号”中完成操作，即可切换两个账号。
OpenAI 强调，切换账号后，聊天记录、记忆、文件和设置都会随所选账号变化，工作区也仅属于对应账号。账号之间不会共享对话历史、文件上传或记忆内容，也不会合并账单、订阅或工作区。
但需要注意，切换账号并不会把聊天记录从一个账号迁移到另一个账号；如果需要在新账号使用付费功能，仍须单独订阅。
使用规则方面，用户可拥有超过两个 ChatGPT 账号，但同一设备最多只能同时登录两个。若已登录两个账号，需先注销其中一个，才能添加新账号；创建第二个账号本身不收费，新账号默认为免费套餐。
移动端还支持根据各账号设置和设备权限接收通知。用户点击另一个账号的通知后，应用会切换至该账号并打开相关内容，方便及时处理不同身份下的消息。
