根据曝光的“混合智能”AI PC 路线图，微软将 AI 硬件划分为四个层级，其中最低的 Tier 0 层级涵盖配备 8GB 内存的 Windows PC，处理器包括英特尔酷睿 3/4 系列、AMD 锐龙 100/200 系列，以及骁龙 X 或 X Plus。科技媒体 Windows Central 解读认为，即便没有高内存和顶级 NPU，普通用户仍可通过云端获得 AI 能力。
Tier 1 则是 16GB 至 64GB 内存的 Copilot+ PC，覆盖从骁龙 X2 Plus 到 AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 400 等多种配置。
Tier 2 面向需要在本地构建、运行 AI 模型的开发者与创作者，硬件包括英特尔酷睿 Ultra Next、NVIDIA RTX Spark 和 AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 400。
最高层级则是内存超过 128GB 的超级计算机，用于本地运行前沿大模型，涉及英特尔 Crescent Island、NVIDIA GB300 DGX Station 等专业平台。
