The quotas for the three paid plans—ChatGPT Plus, Pro, and Business—will be calculated jointly rather than billed separately. After the adjustment, quotas will be calculated uniformly based on tokens, with consumption depending on the selected model and task complexity; Instant chat will not consume the shared quota. 根据新规，ChatGPT Plus、Pro和Business三大付费套餐的使用额度将合并计算，ChatGPT与Codex不再分别计算额度，而是共享同一额度池。
此次调整与OpenAI将ChatGPT Work的智能体能力整合进ChatGPT有关，旨在让用户能够直接在ChatGPT中完成更多复杂任务。
调整后，ChatGPT与Codex的额度消耗将统一按Token计算，具体消耗量取决于用户选择的模型以及任务的复杂程度。
一般来说，使用能力更强的模型、处理更加复杂的任务，会消耗更多额度。
值得注意的是，OpenAI明确表示，Instant即时聊天不会消耗共享额度，因此用户日常使用Instant模式聊天不会占用这部分额度。
对于同时使用ChatGPT和Codex的付费用户而言，两项服务的额度将相互影响，如果其中一项消耗较多，另一项可用的剩余额度也会相应减少。
不过，OpenAI强调，正在为此次调整做充分准备，尽可能减少对用户现有使用习惯的影响。
官方预计，大多数用户不会因为此次调整，而比现在更频繁地遇到额度耗尽、需要等待重置的情况
