Anthropic has publicly filed for a Nasdaq IPO under the ticker ANT and will establish Class A, Class F, Class E, Class T and Class N shares. The filing shows first-half revenue of $16.3 billion, compared with $1.2 billion in the same period last year, and a first-half net loss of $80.7 billion; the company said revenue growth may be difficult to sustain and expects not to pay dividends for the foreseeable future. In the nine months ended September 30, no single customer accounted for more than 10% of revenue; under a service agreement with AI factory builder NScale, Anthropic agreed to spend a total of up to approximately $44.6 billion over a term extending through 2033.
