How can social aesthetic education resonate anew in the AI era? This interdisciplinary academic salon in Shanghai offers discussion

On November 1, the "Science & Art · AI · Aesthetic Education" 2026 interdisciplinary academic salon, co-hosted by the Shanghai Science and Art Society and the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, was held at the Pudong Biyun Art Museum. Nearly one hundred scientists, artists, and education experts engaged in dialogue on AI issues in aesthetic education across universities, society, and youth. The salon opened with the AI human-machine co-created song "Sparks of Brilliance," with lyrics by Cai Yonglian, Vice President of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and music composed by an algorithmic large model. Attendees believed that interdisciplinary social aesthetic education is more worth exploring with love as the core and public education as the path, allowing technology to be transformed into artistic experience for the public.

当美育离开课堂，进入美术馆、博物馆与城市各类公共空间后，AI可以扮演什么角色？11月1日下午，由上海市科学与艺术学会、上海理工大学沪江国际跨文化交流与研究中心联合主办的“科艺·AI·美育”2026跨界学术沙龙在浦东碧云美术馆举行。国内外近百位科学家、艺术家和文化科技、教育美育领域的专家学者齐聚一堂，围绕“高校美育的AI变奏曲”“社会美育的跨界交响曲”“青少年美育的科艺狂想曲”等主题展开跨界对话。 学术沙龙以AI人机共创歌曲《烟火生辉》开场，歌曲由上海理工大学副校长蔡永莲作词，算法大模型作曲，上海话剧艺术中心音乐总监姜清华演奏，上海理工大学张诣弢演唱。 第一篇章“高校美育的AI变奏曲”沙龙对话中，维也纳音乐与表演艺术大学副校长Johannes Meissl（约翰内斯·迈斯尔）与蔡永莲分别站在欧洲艺术名校与中国理工学府的不同文化视角下，围绕高校如何在AI时代建构美育新坐标分享各自的探索模式。 第二篇章沙龙对话聚焦“社会美育的跨界交响曲”，中国美术学院副教授张婷、上海理工大学沪江学院教授侯震一与碧云美术馆、吴昌硕纪念馆馆长林薇参与。交流中逐渐浮现的共识是：社会美育的跨界未必是把科技叠加进艺术，更值得探索的是以爱为内核，以公共教育为路径，借助展览、研讨和跨学科论坛，让科技转化为面向公众的艺术经验。 第三篇章聚焦“青少年美育的科艺狂想曲”，上海音乐学院教授邹彦、上海市青少年活动中心艺术总监陆燕卿、上音附中教务主任俞湘君跨界交流。大家认为，青少年美育无法回避AI，但技术不能替代手与耳的训练，也不能被隔绝在艺术生态之外。科技以艺术为目的提供辅助，教师从手把手教转向引导与连接，但不能省略青少年在模仿、协作与创作中的审美过程。
