SpaceX and Apollo Reach Approximately $40 Billion GPU Financing Lease Agreement

SpaceX announced a binding financing arrangement with Apollo, under which the two parties will sign a master financing lease agreement worth approximately $40 billion for GPUs and related equipment, expected to be signed within 2026. The agreement will provide next-generation NVIDIA Vera Rubin chips for SpaceX's ground-based computing buildout, and the lease plan is expected to begin implementation after equipment delivery in the first half of 2027. SpaceX Chief Financial Officer Bret Johnsen said that the payback period for investment in system integration infrastructure has been shortened to less than one year, and this funding will be used to support Grok services for enterprises and consumers as well as cloud service customers.

根据双方间的有约束力承诺，SpaceX 和 Apollo 将签署一份价值约 400 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 2,670.98 亿元人民币）的 GPU 及相关设备主融资租赁协议，具体签署时间预计落在 2026 年内。
这一迄今为止规模最大的 GPU 融资协议将为 SpaceX 的地面计算建设提供下一代 NVIDIA Vera Rubin 芯片。租赁计划预计将于 2027 年上半年 GPU 及相关设备交付后开始实施。
