The national AI application pilot test base for the home furnishing and home appliance sector was officially launched on October 27 in Qingdao, Shandong, with the goal of building a pilot test base for "next-generation smart home appliances," tackling common industry challenges, and accumulating reusable public capabilities. The base will establish two major service windows—a "supply-demand operations platform" and an "application service marketplace"—forming a complete operational loop from demand discovery and joint research to pilot testing and validation and achievement promotion, and it will launch an "AI + Consumption" collaborative development matrix on site to recruit innovative forces from across society.
