IT之家 10 月 28 日消息，美国电影艺术与科学学院负责人明确表示，即便人工智能（AI）深度进入电影制作流程，奥斯卡奖“始终”奖励由人类主导、体现人类创造力的作品。
在东京国际电影节期间接受 variety 采访时，学院主席莱内特 · 豪厄尔 · 泰勒（Lynette Howell Taylor）表示 AI 早已进入视觉特效和后期制作，学院也会持续讨论其对评奖资格的影响。
IT之家援引博文介绍，泰勒强调，技术进步可以提升观众体验，但作品的核心必须是“人类驱动的工作流程”。她同时指出，版权、透明度和信息披露是学院在制定 AI 相关规则时必须正视的现实问题。该媒体解读认为 AI 可用于辅助创作，但若取代了人类的核心创作贡献，可能难以获得奥斯卡的认可。
除 AI 议题外，学院也在扩大国际影片的参评通道。根据第 99 届奥斯卡的新规，非英语影片若获得柏林金熊奖、戛纳金棕榈奖、威尼斯金狮奖、釜山最佳影片奖、圣丹斯世界电影评审团大奖或多伦多平台奖，即可获得国际影片奖参评资格，而不必依赖其所在国家的官方选送。
学院还披露，其非美国会员比例已达 25%，并正通过东京、釜山、里约、马拉喀什等地活动深化全球联系。
