特朗普警告称，数据中心不仅要像他此前提出的那样自行发电，还必须将多余电力输送给当地社区，可以无偿供给，也可以对外出售。他表示，某些原本极不受欢迎的数据中心项目，在达成经济协议后获得了当地大力支持，并呼吁“达成协议，推进建设”。
