According to The Information, DeepSeek's second funding round has raised 105.5 billion yuan (approximately 15.8 billion US dollars), attracting nearly 30 investors, with state-owned capital contributing about 27%, a sharp increase from 2% in the first round. Tencent invested 10 billion yuan in each of the two rounds; CATL and its chairman Zeng Yuqun invested 5 billion yuan and 10 billion yuan in the two rounds respectively; and industrial parties such as ChangXin Memory Technologies, SMIC, vivo, Meituan, Geely, Midea, Luxshare Precision, Trip.com, and Xiaohongshu are also among the investors. The report, citing people familiar with the matter, said that rising prices for Nvidia's high-end chips and concerns about an AI bubble were the reasons DeepSeek doubled the size of its fundraising midway.

从两轮融资累计金额来看，科技企业贡献约42%，国有投资者占比约19%，风险投资和私募股权机构位列其后。
对于融资规模扩大，The Information援引知情人士称，英伟达（NVDA.US）高端芯片价格持续上涨，以及对AI产业泡沫的担忧，是DeepSeek中途将募资规模扩大一倍的原因。
值得注意的是，DeepSeek首轮融资采用了特殊的投资安排。除国家人工智能产业投资基金外，其他投资者均需将资金投入梁文锋持有的实体，放弃投票权，并承诺锁定股份五年，除非DeepSeek提前上市。
