10月20日消息，很多人都没有预料到，美国方面突然针对中国AI企业DeepSeek出台了针对性的限制措施。
美国国土安全部正式发布规定，禁止在美国政府计算机系统中使用中国人工智能公司DeepSeek的全系列产品，相关公告已经公开发布在美国政府官方文件汇编《联邦公报》的正式通知里，全程没有提前吹风的缓冲空间。
根据这份公开文件的明确要求，美国国土安全部已经正式下令，要求所有民事部门的IT信息系统，必须删除所有DeepSeek产品、与该公司相关的全部开发成果，以及所有使用DeepSeek开发成果创建的第三方衍生产品。
除此之外，这份指令还明确划定了后续的准入红线，所有受管辖的美国联邦民事部门，后续都不得再采购DeepSeek旗下的任何相关产品，从采购源头直接切断该产品进入美国政务系统的可能性。
