IT之家 10 月 24 日消息，今日一则“耳机用 AI 为父亲抢出救命时间”的话题在社交平台引发关注，并且一度登上微博热搜榜第一。
据青岛广播电视台《先锋新闻》等多个媒体报道，山东聊城 90 后小伙于建进的父亲在遛弯回家后突然出现双腿无力、吞咽不畅的症状。于建进没有选择“再观察看看”，而是把症状和父亲的“三高”病史一起发给了豆包。
豆包的回复没有停留在分诊建议层面。据于先生描述，AI 给出的第一句话就是“脑梗征兆，建议立即就医”。在他补充老人既往病史后，豆包再次发出警示：“这是高危信号，不能拖”。两次警示之后，于先生连夜驱车带父亲赶往医院，经医院确诊为急性脑梗。由于送医及时，老人抓住了脑梗静脉溶栓约 4.5 小时的黄金窗口期，目前恢复良好，没有留下后遗症。
于先生事后在社交平台分享了这段经历，称“可以说豆包救了我爸一命”。他在接受扬子晚报采访时还表示，脑梗患者如果不及时治疗，偏瘫、失语的风险会随时间推移迅速上升，“如果没有豆包，父亲和一家人的生活可能都会发生翻天覆地的变化”。

IT之家提醒，这一案例并不意味着 AI 可以替代医疗诊断。中国医学科学院阜外医院神经内科主任医师李淑娟在评价此类应用时表示，从大众科普、急症预警和分诊参考的角度看，AI 对识别隐性急症、避免拖延病情确有帮助；但 AI 给出的风险判断和诊疗思路只能作为参考，不能替代医生面诊。她提醒，可以用 AI 提前了解挂什么号、整理既往病史，但不要照搬 AI 建议自行用药或以此为由拖延急症就诊。
