Haimen Development Zone signs RMB 6 billion PCB project with Aoshikang at Shenzhen electronics circuit exhibition

From October 27 to 29, the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone and the Haimen District Investment Service Center participated in the 2026 Electronic Semiconductor Industry Innovation and Development Conference and International Electronic Circuits (Greater Bay Area) Exhibition held by the China Printed Circuit Association in Shenzhen, deepening cooperation with the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA) and empowering the park's development through the industry conference. During the exhibition, senior executives of the China Printed Circuit Association visited the booth and affirmed Haimen's development approach of building, strengthening, and completing the chain led by chain-leader enterprises.

With the rapid rise of the AI computing power industry, the markets for high-layer boards, high-order HDI, and IC packaging substrates continue to expand, and the new-generation information technology industry is ushering in a development boom. The Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone is seizing the opportunities of industrial restructuring in the Yangtze River Delta and cross-river integrated development, planning and building a 10-square-kilometer new-generation information technology industrial park, and striving to create a distinctive "park within a park." Adhering to the development approach of "leading enterprises driving supporting enterprises and supporting enterprises promoting leading enterprises," it focuses precisely on the two segmented tracks of PCB and optical communications and targets the attraction of chain-leader enterprises. With the Nanya New Material chain-leader project as the core, it is laying out the development of the entire "electronic glass fiber cloth material—copper-clad laminate—PCB" industry chain, and has already gathered a group of PCB upstream material enterprises such as Xingnan Technology, Hansirui Semiconductor, and Zhengrui New Materials.

At this exhibition, the development zone followed the approach of "SOP invitations before the exhibition, precise matchmaking during the exhibition, and follow-up negotiations after the exhibition" to carry out precise chain-based investment attraction, making targeted visits to exhibiting enterprises in areas such as computing power PCB, advanced packaging substrates, high-frequency and high-speed materials, and specialized equipment and consumables. During the exhibition, it connected and negotiated with a total of 36 PCB upstream and downstream enterprises and captured 8 pieces of effective project investment information.

During the exhibition, the Aoshikang Nantong Intelligent Computing and High-Speed Interconnect PCB Industrial Base project, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan, was officially signed. The project mainly produces high-end products such as high-layer-count, high-frequency and high-speed, and high-value-added PCBs, which are used in 5G, 6G communications, AI computing power, and intelligent driving systems. After the project is implemented, it will fill the key gap in PCB manufacturing in the development zone, open up the nearby supporting link of "copper-clad laminate-PCB," and promote the industry's shift from single-point agglomeration of upstream materials to coordinated development of "materials + boards."

Relying on the construction of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel, the North Yanjiang High-Speed Railway, and the Nantong New Airport, the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone will fully integrate into the "half-hour commuting circle" of the Shanghai metropolitan area, continue to deepen its work in the new-generation information technology industry track, and, led by leading enterprises such as Nanya New Material and Aoshikang, give play to the chain-leader effect, attract enterprises through enterprises and attract investment through businesses, continuously optimize the construction of specialized parks, improve industrial facility support, build industrial innovation platforms, and strive to create a new highland for the high-end electronic information industry in the Yangtze River Delta.
