Beijing News Shell Finance Report (Reporter Luo Yidan) On November 3, some netizens reported that the DeepSeek chat function was unavailable, with the chat interface displaying "Server busy, please try again later."

Shell Finance reporters logged into the official DeepSeek website status page and found that its "Historical Events" page recorded a "DeepSeek Web/API partial outage" event, with the marked time showing November 3, 16:58 to November 3, 18:48, totaling 1 hour and 49 minutes.

As of press time, DeepSeek has resumed operation, and the status page shows "All systems operational."
