DeepBlue Technology has launched Wowoker, the world's first large-model AI agent work phone, aimed at enterprise users such as government and enterprise organizations, state-owned and central enterprises, and financial institutions. Built on Huawei Kirin chips and HarmonyOS, the device integrates multimodal large models, a Decision Model, and the AgentOS agent orchestration system, and supports AI outbound calling, voice-cloned call avatars, AI marketing content generation, and intelligent CRM. Device assets belong to the enterprise, and it supports phone number masking, encrypted retention of communication data in the cloud, and remote locking and data wiping.

10月30日消息，日前，深兰科技正式发布全球首款大模型AI智能体工作手机——Wowoker，主要面向政企、国央企、金融机构及其他企业用户。
据了解，Wowoker定位为企业级AI工作终端，采用“硬件+SaaS+数据+AI”四位一体方案，旨在通过AI智能体帮助企业完成客户开发、营销推广、销售转化及客户管理等工作。
硬件与系统方面，Wowoker以华为麒麟芯片、终端硬件技术及HarmonyOS操作系统为基础，融合深兰科技多模态大模型、Decision Model决策模型及AgentOS智能体编排体系。
与传统智能手机主要提供AI辅助功能不同，Wowoker的核心定位是让AI智能体直接参与业务执行，将智能获客、客户触达、销售转化、客户经营及复购管理等能力集成到手机中。
其中，AI外呼和智能获客是Wowoker的核心功能之一。
Wowoker还支持AI通话分身功能，可通过声音克隆技术复刻机主声线，实现7x24小时自动外呼、自动接听。
此外，Wowoker还支持AI营销内容生成，可在抖音、小红书等平台进行自动化内容发布与运营，并在私域营销场景中自动接待新客户、唤醒沉睡客户。
新机内置智能 CRM 系统，提供多端可视化报表，并可利用AI完成通话录音智能质检、客户画像构建以及客户流失风险预警等工作。
针对企业关注的数据安全与客户资源管理问题，Wowoker还提供了相应的管理功能。
据介绍，设备资产归属企业，支持客户手机号脱敏防护，沟通数据可加密留存至云端，方便企业后续查询与复盘。
同时，企业还可对设备进行远程锁定、解绑及数据清除，降低员工离职等情况下客户资料流失的风险。
