HachimoDock, an open-source AI hardware incubated by Xiaomi's Technology Committee Innovative Products Team, officially debuted at the 2026 Guancha Conference in Hangzhou, with a hardware DIY cost of about 150 yuan. The device integrates an AI desktop pet, voice control of PC-side Agents, smart home integration, and custom component creation. 10月26日消息，近日，在杭州举行的2026观猹大会上，由小米技术委创新产品团队孵化的开源AI硬件HachimoDock正式亮相。据介绍，该产品是一款支持个性化改造的桌面AI设备，集成AI桌宠、语音操控电脑端Agent、智能家居联动及自定义组件创作等功能，硬件自制成本约150元。
HachimoDock采用复古小游戏机外形设计，配备屏幕、按键、摇杆及语音交互功能。用户可通过语音向电脑端Codex、WorkBuddy等Agent派发查找资料、整理文件、编写代码等任务，设备屏幕则同步展示任务执行状态，并通过桌宠表情、动作及声音提醒反馈进展。涉及授权的重要操作仍需在相应客户端确认。
个性化方面，HachimoDock内置西高地小狗桌宠形象，用户也可以上传宠物照片、头像或原创角色，自定义桌宠名称、人设及音色。多台设备之间还支持桌宠互动，用户可根据喜好更换键帽、机械键盘轴等硬件组件。
此外，HachimoDock支持通过自然语言与Coding
Agent协作，实现分钟级个性化组件创作。用户可自行开发并运行待办清单、电脑状态监测、Token用量仪表盘、天气提醒、FM电台及小游戏等组件，也可以从社区导入其他开发者的作品。
在智能家居场景中，HachimoDock可通过联动小米Miloco，实现语音控制家居设备，并在屏幕上展示设备状态、灯光控制及监控画面等内容。
据介绍，目前HachimoDock已在GitHub公开软件源码，同时提供硬件物料清单、结构件模型及装配教程，支持用户自行复刻和二次开发。小米技术委创新产品团队表示，希望通过低成本开源硬件降低AI开发与体验门槛，让更多用户通过Vibe
