关于中美人工智能发展，近期网上流传一组对比：中国55%Token（词元）消耗流向AI（人工智能）短剧与视频生成，美国58%消耗在编程、研发、企业自动化，并据此下结论——中国再次把“火药”做成了“烟花”，“AI发展跑偏了”。
且不论数据来源是否可靠权威，忽略总量、口径、样本等差异，做简单机械的数字对比就得出结论，难免武断。
看政策，中共中央、国务院近期印发《关于发展新质生产力的意见》，明确“以人工智能引领科研范式变革”。“十五五”规划纲要提出，“加强人工智能同科技创新、产业发展、文化建设、民生保障、社会治理相结合”。2025年8月，国务院印发的《关于深入实施“人工智能+”行动的意见》，将“‘人工智能+’科学技术”列为第一条重点行动。
看投入，“算力网”纳入“六张网”，全国首个十万卡级超智融合算力资源池正式上线；布局底座攻关，中国科学院统筹打造“磐石·科学基础大模型2.0”，上海人工智能实验室发布面向重大科学研究突破的“AGI4S珠穆朗玛计划”……
打开视野，中国依托超大规模市场、完整产业体系，让AI走进工厂、农田、医疗、文旅等生产生活场景。这种突出应用导向的发展模式，体现“让人工智能赋能千行百业”。这正是中国优势所在，也是孕育颠覆性创新的土壤。
从徐州工厂的智能设备10分钟完成产线“变身”，到AI兽医系统推动养猪业迈入智能阶段；从中国气象智能预警方案“妈祖”在8个国家落地、50余个国家“云”上应用，到智慧矿山方案服务多个国家和地区……可落地、可复制、可规模化的“中国方案”不断涌现，立己达人、兼济天下。
既强化硬核底座支撑，也激活庞大应用市场，我们齐头并进。当然，我国AI发展也面临挑战，但我们始终在发力攻坚基础科学和核心技术，攻克高端芯片等领域的难题，从未“跑偏”。
