In the first three quarters of 2026, Meinian Health's net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 96.4056 million yuan, an increase of 85.90% year-on-year, of which revenue obtained through the use of AI technology was approximately 420 million yuan, an increase of 67.98% year-on-year. As of the end of September, more than 200 branch clinics had launched intelligent TCM physical examinations or TCM constitution identification services, and more than 150 branch clinics had officially launched oral diagnosis and treatment services.

10月30日晚，美年健康（002044.SZ）发布2026年第三季度报告。财报显示，公司前三季度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润9,640.56万元，较上年同期增长85.90%；其中，第三季度净利润超2.78亿元，较上年同期增长2.04%。公司前三季度主营收入中结合AI技术手段取得的收入约4.2亿元，较上年同期增长67.98%，主要包括心肺联筛、CT骨密度分析、胶囊胃镜、AI-MDT报告、胰腺肿瘤风险评估、肺结宁、脑灵光等项目收入。
“公司积极推动客户全旅程管理与签单促检，稳步推进政企、银行、保险等优质客户的签单到检，督促提升全国性客户签单占比与到检份额，持续推动‘团检公域引流，个检私域沉淀’转化。”美年健康表示，公司持续推动数字化与AI技术在健康管理领域的深度应用，基于门店流量拓展分院内的中医健康管理和口腔健康管理中心。据了解，截至今年9月底，已有超200家分院已开展智能中医体检或中医体质辨识服务并提供相应亚健康及治未病调理服务，超150家分院正式开展口腔诊疗业务。
美年健康表示，在上半年提质提效降本取得一定进展的基础上，继续依托“专精特新”差异化产品力、数字化工具和AI赋能，持续发力专项体检与检后健康管理，持续提升运营效率，持续推动公司经营高质量发展，迎接第四季度体检行业旺季。
中信建投证券研报指出，美年健康坚定执行“All in AI”战略，AI赋能成效已初步显现，不仅通过AI提升运营效率与服务质量，还通过与蚂蚁健康等平台的合作，在个人健康管理领域拓展新的增长曲线，正从体检交付型机构向智能化、平台化企业升级。“公司经营迈入旺季，业绩逐季修复。”西南证券研报认为，美年健康依托全国连锁网络、健康体检数据积累与AI产品矩阵，持续推动从单次体检向全周期健康管理升级。
