Anthropic hiring manager Felix Rieseberg says coding interviews are dead, team drops traditional coding questions

Rieseberg 认为当 Claude 已能轻松完成小型 React 挑战，甚至处理底层汇编问题后，继续用编程题筛选工程师，就像继续考问汇编语言一样失去意义。面试结果衡量的更多是 AI 的能力，而非在真实工作中，候选人可能表现出的判断力、产品品味和协作能力。
他同时向初级工程师提出一个颇为大胆的建议：在“执行力成本”大幅下降的 AI 时代，资历不再天然决定影响力。与其等待完整的产品需求文档、跨部门审批或设计师与产品经理的资源支持，不如瞄准具体业务目标，利用新人视角和 AI 工具，在一个周末做出一个可运行的单点原型，用成果争取组织支持。他将这一逻辑概括为“饥饿胜过资历”。
