Meta Seeks Up to $95 Billion in Equity Financing to Support AI Spending

Meta plans to raise about $35 billion through the issuance of common and preferred stock, and up to about $60 billion through an at-the-market (ATM) offering program, seeking up to $95 billion in total to support its investments in the AI race. Meta has launched the personal AI agent Muse and the AI model Muse Wonder, and management says Muse Wonder's performance on tasks such as coding is comparable to OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude.

Meta寻求通过出售普通股和优先股筹集最高950亿美元资金，以支持其在人工智能发展竞赛中争取领先地位。
