South Korea unveils 2027 budget, with AI, semiconductors and data centers receiving 21.3 trillion won in support

South Korean President Lee Jae-myung announced the 2027 government budget plan on November 2, proposing to raise total annual fiscal spending to 820.9 trillion won (about 614.5 billion US dollars), a year-on-year increase of 12.8%, setting a record high. Among this, projects related to semiconductors, physical artificial intelligence (Physical AI) and AI data centers are planned to receive 21.3 trillion won in support, with an additional 4.7 trillion won invested in developing independent artificial intelligence models. South Korea Customs Service data shows that total exports in the first 10 months of 2026 reached 930 billion US dollars, surpassing 900 billion US dollars for the first time.

凤凰网科技讯（编辑/宋淑美）11月2日，韩国总统李在明公布2027年政府预算计划，拟将全年财政支出提高至820.9万亿韩元（约合6145亿美元），同比增长12.8%，创下历史新高。其中，半导体、物理人工智能（Physical AI）及AI数据中心将成为重点投资方向，相关项目计划获得21.3万亿韩元资金支持。
据韩国政府规划，韩国还将投入4.7万亿韩元，用于开发自主人工智能模型，目标是打造全球性能领先的本土AI模型。与此同时，韩国将加强半导体设计及AI领域人才培养，进一步完善相关产业人才储备。
李在明表示，韩国将通过加大对人工智能和未来增长产业的投入，提升经济增长潜力。此次预算案还提出增加对战略技术领域的研发投入，推动半导体等重点产业发展。
出口方面，韩国半导体产业受AI需求增长带动，出口表现持续走强。韩国海关数据显示，2026年前10个月韩国出口总额达到9300亿美元，首次突破9000亿美元。李在明表示，韩国全年出口额有望达到1万亿美元。
