Ant Group's Lingguang 2.0 connects DingTalk, Alipay and dozens of other services
After Ant Group released Lingguang 2.0 on October 27, the new version of Lingguang has natively integrated with the Alipay ecosystem and connected to dozens of external tools including the DingTalk command-line interface (CLI). Taking DingTalk as an example, after user authorization Lingguang can invoke capabilities such as group chats, to-dos, calendars and documents, summarizing group chat highlights in the background, extracting to-dos and following up with reminders. Lingguang 2.0's core upgrades cover cross-session memory, long-horizon task scheduling and tool connectivity, and it supports connecting to applications such as Feishu, DiDi, Amap, Baidu Netdisk and Mijia through protocols including MCP and CLI.

Lead: After Ant Group released Lingguang 2.0 on October 27, the new version of Lingguang has expanded its cross-platform connectivity, natively connecting the Alipay ecosystem and integrating dozens of external tools such as the DingTalk command-line interface (CLI).
As AI moves from "being able to chat" to "being able to manage things," connecting to real workflows is key to implementation. Following Ant Group's release of Lingguang 2.0 on October 27, a reporter's test today found that the new version of Lingguang has further expanded its cross-platform connectivity, not only natively connecting the Alipay ecosystem but also integrating dozens of external tools such as the DingTalk command-line interface (CLI).

Taking DingTalk as an example, Lingguang 2.0 can, with user authorization, invoke DingTalk's group chat, to-do, calendar, document and other capabilities to help users handle high-frequency matters in parent-school groups and work groups, reducing the burden of scrolling through messages, filtering key points and manually organizing to-dos.
For example, in parent-school scenarios, after parents authorize it, they can hand their DingTalk class group over to Lingguang for background assistance in management. Lingguang can automatically sort through massive messages to identify teacher notices, homework and activity arrangements, extract to-dos, complete document formatting, and proactively remind at key points. In office scenarios, relying on an independent cloud host, even if the user exits the App, Lingguang can still continuously summarize group chat highlights in the background, identify urgent matters, generate task lists, and follow up with reminders based on progress, reducing the burden on users of switching between multiple entry points and repeatedly following up.

It is understood that DingTalk's command-line toolset (DWS CLI) built for agent scenarios already covers 25 business modules including group chat, meeting minutes, to-dos, AI tables, documents, calendar, contacts and approvals. This toolset was previously opened to enterprise-level agents, and with Lingguang 2.0's integration this time, this capability is being extended to individual users.
The shift from single responses to long-term hosting stems from upgrades to Lingguang 2.0's underlying capabilities. According to the introduction, Lingguang 2.0 has upgraded core capabilities in cross-session memory, long-range task scheduling and tool connectivity, enabling it to remember users' long-term preferences, continuously run complex tasks spanning days or even months in the background, and dynamically adjust plans based on objective changes. The AI assistant is moving from a single Q&A tool toward a "managerial" assistant capable of sustainably managing complex matters.
In addition to DingTalk, Lingguang 2.0 currently also has built-in Alipay services such as bills, travel and membership, and supports connecting to dozens of mainstream applications including Feishu, Didi Chuxing, Amap, Baidu Netdisk, Mijia smart hardware and mainstream email through open protocols such as MCP and CLI. From the disclosed information, Lingguang's scope of application is extending from personal information management to more real-world scenarios such as parent-school communication, work collaboration, travel management and smart homes.
