Pudong Releases Joint Initiative for Building a Financial IT Application Innovation Ecosystem, Partnering with Over 30 Enterprises and More Than 20 Universities to Advance AI+Finance

At the 2026 AI+Financial Infrastructure Frontier Innovation Dialogue, Pudong took the lead in releasing a joint initiative letter for building a financial IT application innovation ecosystem. Jointly initiated by academia and industry, it proposes consolidating the technological foundation through industrial collaboration and building momentum for development through talent cultivation. Pudong's relevant industrial chain has joined forces with more than 30 IT application innovation enterprises, including Hygon Information, UnionTech Software, Inspur Information, Phytium, Kylin Software, and Kunpeng, to achieve full-chain adaptation from chips and operating systems to servers and basic software, and has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with more than 20 universities, including Peking University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The event was co-hosted by the Secretariat of the Lujiazui Financial Salon and Zhizhou Technology.

记者在2026 AI+金融基础设施前沿创新对话现场获悉，当前，人工智能大模型与智能算力正在重塑金融基础设施发展逻辑，金融机构正加速迈向数据智能化、算力协同化、决策实时化，亟需筑牢安全可控的金融信创底座。为了进一步推动“AI+金融”发展，浦东率先发布金融信创生态共建倡议书。学界业界共同发起倡议，明确将以产业协同夯实技术底座，以人才培养积蓄发展动能，携手打造开放共赢的金融信创产业生态。 对话活动由陆家嘴金融沙龙秘书处、智臾科技联合主办，聚焦人工智能时代金融基础设施的发展趋势、技术创新与业务实践，汇聚金融机构与科技企业代表，共同探讨人工智能赋能金融基础设施建设的实现路径。 记者了解到，目前浦东相关产业链已联合海光信息、统信软件、浪潮信息、飞腾、麒麟软件、鲲鹏等30余家信创领域代表性企业，从芯片、操作系统、服务器到基础软件实现全链条适配；同时与北京大学、浙江大学、上海交通大学、复旦大学、上海财经大学等二十余所高校开展产学研合作，持续培养面向金融科技、时序计算领域的复合型专业人才。
