NeuroXess Completes 700 Million Yuan Series B Financing to Advance Brain-Computer Interface Mass Production and BCI+AI R&D

NeuroXess announced on October 28 that it has completed a 700 million yuan Series B financing, jointly led by SDIC Jili, Shenzhen Capital Group, and Qinzhi Capital, with participation from SMIC Juyuan, Huangpu Investment, Cornerstone Capital, IDG Capital, and others. The funds will be used for multicenter clinical trials and registration approval of the "Three All" brain-computer interface system, mass production construction of the super factory, next-generation product R&D, and exploration of BCI+AI integration. The company said it has completed 65 clinical trials; its "Three All" system launched a GCP registration clinical trial on July 7, 2026, at Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, and it plans a 14,300-square-meter super factory to achieve capacity of tens of thousands of units.

研发方面，公司下一代产品将聚焦语言脑机接口迭代与性能优化，并加速视觉脑机接口研发；BCI+AI方向将围绕意图调用AI、连接工具、驱动环境等展开，探索BCI+AI真实物理世界模型。公司目标在两年内推动产品实现医疗市场规模化落地。
资料显示，脑虎科技成立于2021年，由陶虎创立，专注于植入式柔性脑机接口技术研发与产业化。
